1. This Refund policy shall only be applicable for online shopping via Koreka Mart's webstore only.
2. Koreka Mart shall within its best abilities ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for refund, please notify us by sending an e-mail along with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days upon receiving your Products.
3. We will contact the Customer (by phone or email) within seven (7) days after receiving the completed online refund form to direct the Customer on the process pertaining refund. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us either by e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 03 32907505 (Mon-Friday working hours 9AM – 5PM) & (Sat working hours 9AM – 12PM) for enquiries.
4. Refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
- Pursuant to Item No. 2,3,4 Koreka Mart Customer Service MUST be contacted before refund of the products. No refund will be entertained otherwise.
- If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, Koreka Mart shall refund the Customer the value of that Product.
- If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Koreka Mart shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer places an Order, Koreka Mart shall refund the difference to the Customer.
5. All refunds will be made within 30 days upon successful confirmation of refund by Koreka Mart. Refund will be in terms of store credit worth equally to the value of product customer ordered. Customer can use the store credit valid for 1 year to pay for subsequent shopping bills.
